Your post clearly indicates that you do not. As has been pointed out, 
the LIRs that will be migrated to AfriNIC are served byt both RIPE and 
ARIN currently. AfriNIC is NOT "served by ARIN". It is NOT on the 
request of AfriNIC this proposal was accepted. Etc, etc.
