I have been in touch with ICANN staff regarding this, and from what I
understand there are no open requests with IANA from the two previously
mentioned ccTLDs. I got yet another example by private email, but it was
from 2 years back.
There is however an open request to add IPv6 addres recors to the
root-zone. On this matter ICANN have asked for technical advice from the
root server advisory group and are currently awaiting this advice before
proceeding.
If you have problems with the response time from IANA in such matters
please first contact IANA staff with the ticketing number in question.
Eventaly the CcNSO will be the forum to address such issues, until then
feel free to contact me to use whatever connections I have with ICANN to
solve operational problems.
I hope this helps,
Best Regards,
