[mat-wg] MAT Working Group Mailing List Settings

Dear Colleagues,
Yesterday, some automatic ticketing messages were sent to the MAT Working Group mailing list. This was generated by ncc-announce subscribers automatically replying to our last announcement.
We changed the MAT Working Group mailing list settings to prevent this from happening again.
