TTM: New version of the web interface

Dear All,

We have just installed a new version of the inbound_delays script on the
series C and D test-boxes (all machines installed after October 2000).
The URL is:

  http://ttXX.ripe.net:10259/cgi-bin/inbound_delays.cgi

with XX the number of your test-box.  Note that we have to enable access
for your machines before you can use this.  Please send a mail to
tt-ops@localhost with the address range of your workstations.

A public demo is available at:

  http://tt01.ripe.net:10259/cgi-bin/inbound_delays.cgi

or, if you are at RIPE41, stop by at the TTM demonstration opposite the
registration desk.

New features in this version are:

 * Packet loss rates have been added
 * Plots for several boxes can be plotted on one page, allowing for
   easier comparison
 * More options to control the graphics
