We'd like to split this into 4 talks:

  1) TTM status report/Henk Uijterwaal

  2) TTM analysis update/Rene Wilhelm.
      - Trends in the data
      - IPDV
      - New features on the website
      - Cases studies and some interesting examples of the above

  3) Status of Bandwidth Measurements/Mark Santcroos.
      - First results of actual measurements
      - Implementation schedule

  4) Analysis of End-to-End Delay Measurements. T.U.Delft plus Henk,
      speaker TBA

This talk presents a study of end-to-end delays on an unloaded
network in the laboratory. The results have been combined with the
traceroute data to determine the deterministic delay between hosts
on the Internet. It will be shown that this method describes the
     RIPE NCC measurements quite well.
