The plan 
http://www.ripe.net/ripe/docs/ripe-379.html
is to cooperate and promote this tool. We could use data gathered
by this project for two purposes:

	- get some measure of whether our work is successful

and

	- target efforts towards sppecific operators.

We hope that we can achieve that.
