[ripe-pdp] Introduction & Timeline

Dear all,
I would like to welcome you to the task force list for developing the next
version of the RIPE Policy Development process.

At the last RIPE meeting I proposed the following timeline for the work:
- 5th May Announcement of mailinglist
- 17th May Start of discussion
- 15th June wrap up discussion
- 1st July Publish Draft policy process
- 1st August end of comments 1st draft
- 20 August Publish 2nd draft . last call
- 22 Sep Next AP-WG meeting
- 9 Nov End of last call

as you can see we are allready slightly behind this timeline.
