I sent that message to ripe and iptag ages ago now. The date on my copy of
the outgoing message is:

Date: Thu, 9 Jul 1992 14:14:36 +0100

It is a bit weird seeing it reappear after such a delay. It also makes my
comments therein seem a little strange. A lot has happened since then.
Where has the message been?

                Denis.
