12th RIPE Meeting Minutes

Dear All,

Thanks to all those who commented on the 12th RIPE meeting minutes.  Copies
of the minutes have now been placed in the document store and are available
in ASCII format (.txt) and in PostScript (.ps).

As usual these minutes will need to be formally accepted at the next RIPE
meeting in September, so if you have any additional comments, please make
them known before then.
