Dear collegues,

I sympathize with the cause for net measurements, and the RIPE Atlas 
project in particular. I´d like to draw your attention to the use
of net measurement infrastructure as a means of documenting net 
neutrality, and a consulation of BEREC in this context:

I´d appreciate if RIPE got involved in this field before less
