From jochem at ripe.net Mon May 7 17:02:56 2007 From: jochem at ripe.net (Jochem de Ruig) Date: Mon, 07 May 2007 17:02:56 +0200 Subject: [regional-ukraine] Update on RIPE NCC documents Message-ID: <463F3FA0.3020002@ripe.net> Dear all, Unfortunately, the process of finalising the specific Ukrainian documents has taken longer than expected. I apologise for this delay. The documents are presently being reviewed by our lawyers. I will forward the documents to you by the beginning of next week at the latest. As the RIPE NCC has done for our Russian registries, the documents will be structured per invoice. A specific Service Agreement and an Act of Acceptance will be included. And as discussed in Kiev in March, the documents will be based on the following: - No NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) license is needed - Ukrainian VAT is applicable - Your bank details are needed on the invoice and on the Act of Acceptance Furthermore, we are in discussions with our delivery service, DHL, the possibility to offer you a discount when sending and receiving these documents. I'll be able to update you on the progress in the coming weeks. If you have any feedback on these items, please let me know.
