More than 155 people attended the meeting. 60 people attended the RIPE NCC Training Seminars. We found the meeting very productive and have received a lot of positive feedback from meeting attendees. The agenda included local topics such as: - DNSSEC in .RU - The current state of the ccTLD.RU - Overview and history of .UA TLD - ICT in Russia, an EU funded study - Internet governance - ICANN update by Paul Twomey, ICANN CEO - Key presentations by the RIPE NCC staff It is especially important for the RIPE NCC to meet with our members and talk about topics that concern you. The Regional Meeting is also meant to be a forum where industry peers in this particular region come together face-to-face to exchange ideas.
