Dear Colleagues,

A new RIPE Document, ripe-500, "Policy Development Process in RIPE",  
is published.

This document obsoletes the previous version of the document, ripe-470.
The main feature of the updated document is that it better explains  
the Impact Analysis that the RIPE NCC performs within the RIPE Policy  
Development Process.
