Global Policy for the Allocation of the Remaining IPv4 Address Space

Dear Colleagues,

The proposal described in 2008-03 is now at its Concluding Phase.
The Address Policy Working Group Chairs determined that the working group 
reached consensus at the end of the Review Phase, so the proposal is now 
moved to a Last Call for Comments.
