Continued ARIN discussion of related issues

Hi,

You may remember that three of the policy proposals before the ARIN X
meeting in November 2002 were relating to small allocations/assignments
for small organisations. One was rejected and two were sent back for re-
drafting.

In the last few days, discussion of the 2003-7 proposal has re-started
on the ARIN Public Policy Mailing list. The actual proposal is on-line
