Dear Colleagues,

We would like to thank everyone involved in the RIPE NCC
Regional Meeting in Moscow.  The event was very successful
and feedback from attendees has been positive. The meeting
has given us a much clearer impression of the IP networking
issues specific to our members in the region.

We would like to thank RosNIIROS, Golden Telecom, AG Telecom,
TISCOM, RU-CENTER and the Moscow Internet Exchange whose
sponsorship and support made the meeting so successful.

FOLLOW-UP MAILING LIST
To enable the discussions started at the regional meeting in
Moscow to continue, the RIPE NCC has set up a mailing list for
comments about the RIPE NCC service agreement, billing
procedures and other administrative issues.
