Renater cant't attend the meeting tomorrow.

Our choice for the charging model is model 1 (fixed fees)
because it is the simplest model.

It doesn't add administrative or accounting costs
for RIPE NCC and the Local IR.

We prefer that  RIPE NCC put its efforts in quality of service
as it has been doing by now than in administrative tasks.
