May is hotel high season in Amsterdam and we advise that you book early 
as hotels may become fully booked.

Travel Visa For the Netherlands
-------------------------------
If you require a visa to enter the Netherlands, please request one as
soon as possible. We are happy to provide you with an invitation
letter, upon request, after you have completed the meeting registration.
