[ncc-announce] LIR Portal software upgrade

Dear Colleagues,

The RIPE NCC will perform a software upgrade on the LIR Portal between 
17:00 and 20:00 (UTC), Monday, 13 August 2007. The LIR Portal and 
related services, such as meeting and training registration, will be 
unavailable during this period.
