[ncc-announce] Correction: NRO Comments on ICANN to National Telecommunications and Information Administration

Dear Colleagues,

Further to our previous announcement, please note the following correction.

The NRO has submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Commerce's 
National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). The 
NTIA asked for input on the transition of the technical coordination and 
management of the Internet Domain Name System (DNS) to the private sector.
