I just tried to create an X.509.PKI cert, using ie version 5, when I have 
selected ie as the browser, it then comes up with a popup for the 
'cryptographic provider' that is empty, and the button to generate 
certificate gives an error - Object doesnt support this property or method 
'encoder.HashAlgorithm'

The offending line is :-

encoder.HashAlgorithm = "MD5"

Any ideas ???
