We have a long tradition of beeing an Open forum. Open means everybody can participate. From time to time somebody posts questions which others regards as off-topic/outisde the charter etc. The charter of the list is fairly loose so I personally find it difficult to exclude individuals from this list.

My possition as chair is that this mailinglist is open for anybody to participate on.

If the lir-wg feels that we should in some way limit the membership we need to establish a mempership policy. (With the consequence that we are no longer an open forum)

Thus, I will not ask the RIPE NCC to block anybody from this list.
