well. multihoming with private AS also could work. Combined with
Conditional Announcement, it's a really useful possibility.

Well. IX space & DNS space is "IMHO" a special case which cannot be used
on corporate or business isp.
We need some clean-up in the "special" cases. Swamp Space, pre-RIR phases
and more...
When we cannot clean up the "swamp" from the past, can we do clean work in
the future ?
