RIPE-183 is still valid in the description of the ticketing system format
- although we went from 8-digit tickets to 10-digits.

Support for self-generated ticket numbers is not implemented. However, the
RIPE-NCC ticketing system allows you to insert your own ticket numbers in
your mail messages, and these should be kept during the correspondance
between you and the hostmasters, allowing software on your side to keep
track of the mail exchange.
