Dear Working Group,
as you may now ICANN is conducting a At Large Study,
and they have recently issued the "At-Large Membership Study Committee
Discussion Paper #1"

I expect many of you to have opinions on theese topics.

My question to the WG is: does the WG want to undertake a discussion
and write up a summary of to submit as the RIPE community oppinion on this
topic

If so, I am looking for opinions, and voulenters to put it all together.
