For questions like this, please write to the RIPE NCC directly
instead of the lir-wg mailing list.
lir-help@localhost is a helpdesk mailbox set up for members only. It
has a fast response time and can be used by any LIR for any types of
questions related to Registration Services.
Please not that we can not give higher priority to certain members as
this would jeopardise the neutrality and impartiality of the RIPE NCC.
However, if you need a New Allocation (a new /20 to further assign to
your customers), you *do not* have to send in a ripe-141. You simply
write an email (free format0 with a summary of your current
assignments. By putting NEWBLOCK in the subject line, the RIPE NCC
robot will tag it as a New Allocation and it will be given higher
priority than assignment requests. (This cannot be done with ripe-141
forms.)
