Ripe 141 problem

Hello,
I have sent a request for new addresses (ripe 141) and the answer was that I might have to wait up to a week for an initial response. I would like to precise that the request is very urgent, we need new addresses for our end users.
I hope that we will have an answer as soon as possible, to enble us to
satisfy our custmors requests.
