Hello,

I filed a first request for address space for a new LIR about a week
ago. Ticket number is NCC#2000085969 and it's still in the waiting
queue. Can any of you give me a hint on what the average queuing time
is at the moment? My boss is getting a bit nervous as it is on the
critical path for meeting some deadlines, and I'd like to be able to
tell him whether he can relax or should panic...

Thanks,

Feico.
See the admin flowchart:

Once you get the administrative part out of the way, you can then start on the IP allocations as detailed in the flowchart at:
http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/new-mem/flowchart2.html

Generally, you should leave anywhere from 2-4 months to complete the entire process, IMHO. If you haven't, then you are toast.
