indeed, after having reviewed a number of documents involved,
I agree that a broad confidentiality statement should be
included in the Terms & Conditions, RIPE-173, to warrant
higher visibility.

Confidentiality is mentioned in RIPE-185,
http://www/ripe/docs/ripe-185.html#toc69, though, which is
part of the Standard Service Agreement.
