hostmaster falling behind

A week ago I sent a request for a new ASN to hostmaster with a response:

Still no response after 7 days. Where can we see updates on this matter
via www.ripe.net? Is there a place to view the queue size? Is RIPE NCC
hiring more people? I think the LIRs should be updated - as this is not
the 1st time this year that this has happened.
