RIPE NCC distribution robot

Dear colleagues,

On last RIPE-Meeting in Stockholm i heard about a new
mail distribution robot at the RIPE NCC. It can indicate
what type of mail is sent to the RIPE hostmasters and check
wether it is a RIPE-141-Template or an ordinary EMail.

I assume this robot is written in PERL. Now i'd like to know
if it is possible to provide the source of this robot for
download for all other LIR's? Maybe it could be usefull for
us/them.
