IPv8 Fees

Sorry to take so long getting back to you. I hope
that you understand that your questions about
IPv8 fees were not high on the priority list for a
reply, partly because of your confusing terminology
about "anti-matter IP addresses".
Be that as it may, I think that you should now be
able to see that IPv8 fees (if any) will be set by the
various TLD authorities with the resources. ARIN's
fees are separate but now people are getting a better
picture of that situation.
