If the so-called Russian speaking community is going to be a part of present-day
Internet, that community has to learn English.
Good it or bad, English is a kind of "international language", especially on
the net.

Why Luxembourgers doesn't ask RIPE to be served in Leutzebuergesch?...
Anyone from Grand Duchy?
