Seems like I'm growing old and my mind is failing me more often these
days...

Could somebody please try to explain what the figures on Bill's
wallpaper are supposed to mean?
I would also be interesetd in an explanation of the method used to
obtain these figures. Amongst others - does the script(s) check against
the number registry (ASSIGNED YES/NO ?) and the like.
Is there any reason why figures for 193 and 194 are given, but figures
for 195 and 62.xx aren't?
