It is important that LIRs hear what's going on in the NCC's service region.
These developments may be relevant not only for LIR's in the CIS/xUSSR
region.
The discussion should however be on the lir-wg list and not on the
local-ir list. Constructive discussion is always welcome on the
lir-wg list.
