announcements in 62/8

Dear local IRs,

During the LIR WG at the RIPE Meeting two weeks ago a question came up
on how many of the allocations from 62/8 are actually announced.

From a snapshot taken of our routing table on 29th Sept we could see
that 37 of the 50 allocations are also announced (almost 75%). 

This is not bad, even though 100% would of course be better ;-)
