		- we've seen some proposals from Luis Miguel 
		  Sequiera and some good discussion of 
		  anti-spamming measures on this list.  The 
		  RIPE chairman will allow time for some 
		  discussion on this in the plenary, but at its
		  meeting before the plenary, the LIR WG might 
		  like to bring the e-mail discussion to a 
		  conclusion and form a specific proposal for 
		  RIPE action.
