Ripe-159 is the revised version of this document. The requested changes were: 1) Adding a few sentences to section 7 about returning AS numbers. 2) Adding a reference in section 3.5 to rfc2008 recommendations for the time allowed for renumbering. 3) Changing the wording in section 6.3 about confidentality to make it stronger. 4. Updating section 6.2 about the local-ir and lir-wg mailing lists, because local-ir is now moderated. Aside from these requested changes, we have also made some minor improvements here and there- to clarify the wording, or add a better example, or update some information that has changed.
