The IESG has received a request from the CIDR Deployment Working Group
to consider "INTERNET REGISTRY IP ALLOCATION GUIDELINES"
<draft-hubbard-registry-guidelines-01.txt> for the status of BCP.

The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits
final comments on this action. Please send any comments to the
iesg@localhost or ietf@localhost mailing lists by
May 3, 1996.
