Action point 22.13: Inic & handles

I forgot to bring up the following action point during the meeting:
* 22.13 Geert-Jan de Groot
To try to follow up with the InterNIC about accepting
person objects with RIPE-Handles.
I received the following message from the Internic, which indicates
that this problem is solved. Many thanks to Mark and the rest of
the Inic bunch for fixing it.
My apologies for not formally bringing it up during the meeting;
too many things going on at once I guess.
On the other requests (such as in-addr glue record authentication)
I can report that they're working on it, and we are discussing
some details which have to be resolved. Stay tuned.
