I wish to propose that RIPE produce a document defining acceptable
use of an IP address. I'm not sure which of the lists is the most
apropriate, but I'm sure discussion can be moved to the relevant
group.

I believe such a document would be beneficial to the RIPE NCC
community as a whole.
