I'm not quite sure whose mail you're quoting here;
presumably it's from somebody whose mail doesn't seem
to reach me any longer. However, I would be interested
to know which IAB members are on record as being opposed
to developing renumbering technology.

BTW, does anybody have experience of renumbering AFS servers?
