Synchronisation between RIPE and NIC databases

To keep you up to date,
the NIC database is still not updated automatically from the RIPE database
when you make changes. The RIPE NCC has everything in place to send
update notices in the agreed exchange format to the NIC. The NIC is working
on software to accept them. We are waiting for them.
If you have problems with inconsistencies like when registering EASInet
or NSFnet routing, please tell the people you register with that they
should trust the RIPE data over the NIC data for the time being.
