Some of the database updates scripts we released on Friday neglect 
to check for the presence of the configuration file. This can
cause hard to diagnose errors. The checks have been added and
a new version released at the same place as before:

	ftp.ripe.net:~ftp/tools/db-scripts.shar.Z
