Presumably, one reason for using a nice integrated system is to help
LIRs get things right from the start. I'm sure it's to everyone's
advantage to avoid making errors to begin with.
Nonetheless, any errors (invalid assignments, or whatever) in the
RIPE Database will need to be sorted out at some stage. Doing it
at the start might be useful as the LIR could then move forwards
with a clean slate, so to speak.
We (RIPE NCC Hostmasters) can provide help to LIRs cleaning up their
database entries.
