Hi guy(s),

Don't worry - Manuel and I are here, and I think that brings us up
to a quorum...

Some salient points from the Tools WG:

- Unix ( which I read as 'Unix-like' ) is favoured by the vast
majority of potential users.
- There are lots of potential users.
- Help from the author of yet another similar tool may be forthcoming.
- Assignment address range selection schemes are many and varied
( I think we should start with a simple one, and I think we agree it
will be suggestion only ).

I think we should start with a system block diagram - I'll post one
next week when I've got access to xfig, unless someone beats me to
it...
