realeasing Robo-Bijal v1.0

While not directly related to IPMT...
As soon as Robo-Bijal v1.0 is ready, I shall release
it as a tar ball including all code (commented) and
brief setup instructions, to this list.
Current version robo-bijal 0.9.3b
All that needs to happen before release is short
beta period and any bug fixes needed (and code to be
cleaned up a little.
I am looking for a Wednesday release to this list.
In order to run, you will need:
o Perl,
o a MySQL database,
o Apache.
