authentication

hi all,

firstly, i would congratulate those who put together documents on ENUM trial. i have a question on authentication method and database management.

i haven't come accross information on authentication when ENUM is being commercialised. at the moment the authentication method is when trial is done internally, e.g if i'm not mistaken in university of Vienna, students enter their user ID and password within the current network system.

i am also concern on what happen if a person register his landline telephone with provider A, mobile with B, internet with provider C, who has access to modify of those information? what happen with the ENUM record if the person is no longer with provider A, and who update the database? will there any dedicated entity to do it?
