All,

just having read an article on the final resolution on H.350, but 
currently not having the time to REALLY dig into the issue, I 
nonetheless wonder whether this would create another addressing scheme 
sort of in parallel to ENUM as H.350 is meant to be for video 
conferencing, but also for VoIP.

I was told that University of Vienna is holding an ENUM trials, i wonder if=
 someone could help recommend me on who is responsible for the trials or =
whether any other research students doing the research in ENUM field?

Hi Carsten,

had also a short look on it and it first seems to be just another X.500
directory
and second, because its SG16, it is H.323.

The interesting thing is, if you look up the directory at
https://videnet.unc.edu/vide-dod/search_ldap.php

and click an endpoint name, you find an URL in the
format h323:number. I have no idea what the numbers are, definetely
not E.164 numbers
