Sub: Request for Delegation of Country Code 44 into ENUM 
Dear Sir/madam, 
The UK administration would like to request a delegation for country code 44
into ENUM. Its purpose is to enable the UK ENUM Group (UKEG) which is a
broad industry group (chaired by Tony Holmes BT) to start trialling ENUM in
the UK.
I have attached below a completed template which hopefully provides all the
information in accordance with the Interim Procedures that were agreed at
the Feb 02 SG2 Rapporteurs meeting
